The ACI health and social justice team has been working as a catalyst to bring together different government, civil society and community actors to improve conditions in the flooded communities on the periphery of Dakar. An initial collective intervention is under way in the community of Ginaaw Rails in Pikine to test theis unifying concept that should lead to significant improvements in the health and quality of life of the members of this community.
